  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Conduct PCBA and silicon level physical failure analysis (PFA). Document a best in class FALAB report.

2. Carry out failure analysis from PCBA manufacturing process, field returns and reliability failures.

3. Must be (SME) subject matter expert and owner of FALAB facilities (C-SAM, IC decap, SEM/EDX, 3D X-ray, cross section, I-V Curve, Oscilloscope , network analyzer)

4. Collaborate with cross functional team on root cause investigation and corrective action (CA)

5. Carry out engineering reliability test (Thermal cycling, high humidity chamber, vibration ,thermal shock, Salt spray )

6. Develop new analysis techniques to deliver an excellent LAB services to all the customers.

7. Align with management team on business growth and LAB strategy plans. 8. Train and supervise LAB operator and technicians.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in PCBA and silicon level physical failure analysis. 2. Hands-on experience in handling LAB facilities( micro cross section , 3D X-ray IC decap, I-V curve , oscilloscope, SEM/EDX Scanning electron microscopy, FTIR , RF network analyzer) 3. Strong in PCBA and component level FA. Know why knowledge of semiconductor end to end processes. 4. Strong in problem-solving and technical presentation. 5. Committed, team player, proactive and always strive for excellence. 6. Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
