Site Engineer / Project Engineer / QA QC Engineer - Finishing project

Location : Butterworth / Kulim

industry : Factory Construction/ facade / Architectural / Finishing

Skills : Degree in Civil Engineering, Minimum 3 years experience working in project / site/ field works

Requirements :

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in construction factories / housing projects/ site/ field work
• Must be able to work on Saturday
• Team work and can handle the projects (Close followup)

Responsibilities :

• Involve in tender process with the Project/ Contract Manager
• Attend meeting, like :- a. Kick-off meeting b. Schedule meeting c. Progress meeting d. Coordination meeting e. Safety meeting
• Prepare work schedule
• Prepare and submit progress report
• Planning on machinery / site equipment as according to the approved budget
• Preparation safety requirement, risk assessment and permit to the main-con
• Preparation of organization chart and submit to the main-con
• Check and verify all claims :- a. Progress claim b. Sub-contractor submission claim c. Staff claim
• Correspondence to client and main-con
• Perform site inspection with client and main-con

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
