1. Responsible for software development work

2. Responsible for delivering system design and program specifications.

3. Responsible requirement gathering, fit gap analysis and prepare user requirement documentation.

4. Ensures development meet the user defined requirement and program specifications.

5. Perform coding, unit testing and documentation of new developed applications.

6. Post implementation supports.

7. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

8. Coordinate and collaborate with software development teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.

9. Maintain a solid understanding of software development principles and technologies, offering technical insights to guide the team.

10. Liaise with stakeholders, and other departments, to understand project requirements and communicate progress effectively.

11. Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

12. Ensure thorough documentation of project requirements, design, and implementation details.

13. Address challenges and obstacles in the development process, making decisions to keep projects on track.

14. Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.

15. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, adapting strategies as needed to meet changing organizational needs.

Requirements and skills

1. Technical working skill and configuration skill of Peoplesoft HRMS/Global Payroll system version v9.x

2. Hands-on experience on PeopleSoft HRMS/Global Payroll table structure, People Tools, SQR, Application Engine and component interface is a must.

3. Must have good understanding on PeopleSoft architecture.

4. Peoplesoft global payroll configuration Debug/Trace skill

5. Payroll Functional knowledge on PeopleSoft HRMS/Global Payroll v9.x

6. Understanding on payroll domain knowledge

7. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools

8. Knowledge of industry best practices for software development and quality assurance

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
