Duties

Identify Partnership Opportunities: Seek out and establish potential partnerships with relevant brands to enhance Company' loyalty program. Coordinate marketing activities, campaigns, and content creation to generate leads and boost brand awareness.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual success and long-term collaboration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at increasing member acquisition and retention.
Contest Management: Design and manage contests and promotional events to raise member acquisition and retention, and engage customers.
Brand Visibility Management: Oversee and enhance the visibility of brand awareness at various locations to ensure consistent and impactful brand presence.

Experience

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of working experience in marketing, with a focus on CRM, partnership management, and contest management to drive acquisition and retention.
Proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Result-driven with a track record of achieving KPIs.
Ability to manage brand visibility and awareness at various locations.
Capable of designing and managing contests and promotional events.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
