We are looking for a motivated IT student who is passionate about Quality Assurance using the latest technologies. You will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to the company and potentially become a part of the company after your internship.

This role involves generating creative ideas and solutions for clients, growing together, and moving forward with the IT/AI trend.

Key Responsibilities

  • To be involved in planning, organizing and managing the overall testing activities of application.
  • Work closely with the Manager, Production team, and Software Developers to understand the features and implementation, ensuring quality of every owned feature in each app release.
  • Provide prompt updates on testing progress and clear escalation of potential risks to the Project Lead
  • To be part of the team to identify improvement areas and assist in ongoing product enhancements.
  • Provide comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and defect management for the required sign-offs
  • Perform ad-hoc duties such as handling production issues, i.e raise Trello tickets and follow up with Software Developers
  • Execution of Standard Manual Tests in order to find Bugs and improve Quality of our deliverables

Job Requirement

  • Attitude is everything. As long as you are willing to learn, take up challenges and responsibilities, the stage is for you to shine.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a recognized university
  • Able to work independently or with minimal assistance
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work well in dynamic environments
  • Experience in managing and executing application software testing
  • Candidate with programming background is a plus
  • Experience in Fintech is a plus
  • Interns are expected to work independently, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in devising solutions to assigned tasks and challenges.
  • Primary Language: Mandarin (As require to liaise with Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking Clients due to work nature)

  • Qualified applicants will be selected for exciting on-site or remote internship positions in various organizations.
  • Interns who successfully meet the KPIs and fulfill the company's expectations will be provided with a recommendation letter and may be offered a full time position at the conclusion of the internship.
  • Interns are eligible for promotion to a contract or full-time position if they achieve a Grade A based on the expected performance during the internship.
