The Role: Admin Sales Officer
We’re looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team and play a key role in supporting our sales operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing sales documentation and responding promptly, accurately, and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and inventory management.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while exploring new business opportunities.
- Participating in product training and staying updated on the latest product information.
- Following up with customer orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing exceptional customer service to all clients, both existing and potential.
- Explaining and educating customers about product features and benefits clearly.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints effectively.
- Sharing accurate organizational product and service information with customers.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to higher management when necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma in any relevant field or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong commitment, self-motivation, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Immediate availability is a plus!
