Program Engineer / Electronic Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and manage relevant product information in collaboration with customers.
• Define and ensure adherence to timelines for project implementation.
• Follow up with the Materials Department to secure material support and MRP entry for new PO.
• Coordinate with customers on engineering changes and updates.
• Oversee First Article Evaluation runs with Product and Process Engineers.
• Prepare and issue reports, including Monthly NRE reports, Sales Order Backlog reports, and Weekly Demand Plans.
• Manage RMA returns by coordinating with customers and internal departments.
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Adhere to organizational policies for information security and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a diploma in electronic engineering, industrial engineering or other relevant field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too, preferably those who have relevant internship experience.
