We are a progressive recruitment agency established in 2005. We are currently on the lookout for interns with good communication skills who have an interest to become a headhunter. This position is based at our office in Subang Jaya and is open to Malaysian citizens only.

Responsibilities:

1. Source for potential candidates from multiple sources.

2. Learn how to do research.

3. Communicate with candidates effectively.

4. Schedule interviews & monitor candidates closely.

5. Learn how to negotiate with candidates & handle objections.

6. Edit CVs & coach candidates with the aim of helping them to get the job.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Commerce, Psychology, Linguistics or equivalent.

Required skill(s): Good communication skills.

Preferred skill(s): Able to follow instructions and have attention to detail.

Desired qualities: hungry for money and ambitious.

Required language(s): English.
