Axiata Digital Labs is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Generalist to lead core HR operations and ensure seamless execution of day-to-day HR processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, driving compliance, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations:

  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmations, internal transfers, and offboarding.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records and HRIS systems.
  • Prepare, analyze, and submit HR reports and dashboards to management, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage employee benefits, leave administration, and payroll-related processes in collaboration with relevant teams.

Compliance & Policies:

  • Ensure all HR practices are compliant with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and communicate them effectively to employees.
  • Act as the primary liaison for audits and ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory submissions.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee-related matters, fostering strong working relationships across teams.

Employee Engagement:

  • Support and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with leaders to create programs that align with organizational goals and values.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years in HR operations or a generalist role (IT industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
