  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
  • Responsible for reliability daily operation which include Calla support, Solder paste printer, Pick and Place and Reflow Oven setup and operation based on standard test procedure.
  • Supporting Engineer on engineering evaluation, new production qualification setup, data collection, monitoring and improvement.
  • Perform daily process performance monitoring, reliability failure verification during operation, data and results analysis and update of test status.
  • Perform installation, set up and commissioning for reliability equipment to support new product REL testing. To carry out chamber verification activities prior release reliability equipment for operation.
  • To involve in the operation and safety of the laboratory and ensure all activities are carried out according to safety manual procedures that comply with standard.
  • Involvement in continuous improvement of Reliability processes (Measurement & Visual Inspection) to support new product and reliability techniques and applications. Involvement in laboratory sustaining activities (ISO/IEC 17025).
  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering, science principles or equivalent.
  • At least with 3 years working experience in laboratory operation environment.
  • Experience in laboratories accreditation MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
  • Knowledge and experience in setting-up new program / recipe for Auto Visual Inspection (AVI) & Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) test and SMT equipment.
  • Experience in SAP system and handling Reliability test equipment would be an added advantage.
  • Highly organized, self-driven way of working.
