- Manage customer concerns and ensure they are solved in a timely manner.
- Work with other departments to establish the root cause and corrective actions on customer concerns.
- Work directly with customers via telephone, email, or other to resolve quality issues.
- Investigate customer issues, write corrective action reports as requested based on system established or customer requested due dates.
- Educate other groups as needed in regard to inspection, rework or new processing details.
- Provide backup within the Customer Quality Department.
- Provide input to engineering groups about quality issues and history to improve existing or new designs.
- Work within the established guidelines as defined by the quality system, corporate procedures, and work instructions etc.
- Work to protect the company and customers from ongoing quality issues.
Job Requirement:
- At least 2 years of related experience, preferably from Printing/Packaging background
- Bachelor's degree in related technical background.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to speak mandarin is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
