  • Manage customer concerns and ensure they are solved in a timely manner.
  • Work with other departments to establish the root cause and corrective actions on customer concerns.
  • Work directly with customers via telephone, email, or other to resolve quality issues.
  • Investigate customer issues, write corrective action reports as requested based on system established or customer requested due dates.
  • Educate other groups as needed in regard to inspection, rework or new processing details.
  • Provide backup within the Customer Quality Department.
  • Provide input to engineering groups about quality issues and history to improve existing or new designs.
  • Work within the established guidelines as defined by the quality system, corporate procedures, and work instructions etc.
  • Work to protect the company and customers from ongoing quality issues.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 2 years of related experience, preferably from Printing/Packaging background
  • Bachelor's degree in related technical background.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to speak mandarin is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
