We’re #hiring for a Market Sales Manager to join a dynamic team in this exciting industry!
Job Details:
Position: Market Sales Manager – White Goods
Industry: Cable Management Solutions
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
Location: Remote Work
Contract: 12 months with PERSOLKELLY (extension based on performance)
Salary: RM7,000 – RM10,000 (based on qualifications & experience)
Includes statutory contributions, leave entitlement, insurance, and medical coverage.
Who Should Apply?
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.
Experience:
- 5+ years in marketing, sales, or management roles within White Goods OEMs/Wiring Harness segments.
- Proven experience in B2B external sales.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Expertise in direct and indirect sales channels.
- IT competency and exceptional interpersonal communication.
Flexibility: Ready to travel extensively across the SEA region.
Traits: Self-motivated, driven, and disciplined professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth in the White Goods segment by identifying and seizing business opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams and OEMs/wiring harness suppliers to incorporate the brand into design specifications.
- Develop customized solutions to replace low-cost products through VAVE opportunities.
- Build and maintain the right channel network for the market.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with necessary samples and marketing materials.
- Provide regular weekly/monthly updates on market activities and trends.
