Job Responsibility: 1) Handle full spectrum of the human resource and administration functions. 2) Assist manager in recruitment, selection, interview and payroll processing. 3) Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues, staff counselling and all other employee relations matters. 4) Handle HRDF training and claims. 5) To handle foreign worker renewal, FOMEMA, hostel management, clinics/hospital. 6) Well versed in labour laws, Employment Act, immigration laws, local authorities and legal implications ( EPF, SOCSO & LHDN). 7) Responsible to any ad hoc tasks that assigned by the management when necessary from time to time.
