Conduct business process analysis and recommend SAP Business One modules and features that best align with client needs. Work with clients to gather and document business requirements, configure SAP Business One, and ensure successful system deployment. Client Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients using SAP Business One. Respond to user queries and resolve system issues related to SAP Business One functionality. Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements to ensure smooth operation. Training & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions for clients’ staff to ensure they understand how to use SAP Business One effectively. Develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and user guides for SAP Business One users. Provide post-implementation support and conduct knowledge transfer to internal teams or clients. System Customization & Optimization: Customize SAP Business One to meet specific client requirements, including workflows, reports, and dashboards. Identify opportunities for process optimization using SAP Business One and implement changes to improve efficiency. Collaborate with development teams to create custom solutions when necessary. Project Management & Coordination: Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful SAP Business One implementation within agreed timelines and budgets. Coordinate with other teams (technical, sales, support) to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects. Manage client expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the implementation process. System Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform system testing to ensure that SAP Business One functions as expected, addressing any issues before go-live. Validate and verify configurations to ensure they meet the business requirements. Ensure all customizations, reports, and integrations work seamlessly. Continuous Improvement & Upgrades: Stay up to date with new SAP Business One features, updates, and industry trends. Advise clients on best practices and possible system enhancements. Assist with system upgrades and migrations when required.
