- Preparing tender documentation for new project bids.
- Handle Pre-Contract works : Prepare taking off quantity and tendering.
- Handle Post-Contract works : Submit project report, progress claim, variation orders and finalize project accounts
- Prepare and submit final accounts.
- Follow-up project progress and dealing with project manager for site matters.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with consultants, construction team and subcontractors on all contract related matters.
- To liaise with all parties to complete the required project.
- Preparation of sub-contractor’s award comparisons and award claim certificate.
- Prepare letter of award to sub-contractors.
- Reporting progress to senior management.
- To undertake any other duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil and Structural), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia and fluent in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and equivalent.
