JR63996 IPQC TechnicianResponsibilities
• Perform IPQC Audit, update in checklist and follow up the action item.
• Perform ad-hoc Quality Inspections assigned by Engineer/Manager.
• Use equipment tracking system to obtain equipment history of PM, Calibration, etc.
• Ensure record keeping/documentation in equipment tracking system
• Comply with standardize procedures and guidelines
• Stay current on process and equipment procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organize
• Use problem solving skills to resolve issues
• Maintain/Provide effective communication and work with Production and Engineering on equipment problems, changes or request as needed
• Provide feedback/observations and data to the engineering/production
• Mentor and Train other Team Members
• Respond quickly and positively to all site stakeholders.
• Reprioritize work when multiple requests arise
• Identify and promptly report on Safety hazards, 6S, ESD, etc. compliance issues
• Follow safety procedures and area work rules.
• Assist Quality Engineer/Manager in daily operations/audit
• Provide technical support as needed.
• Provide On-The-Job training to peers/other Team Members
• Contribute to a Safe and Compliant Work Environment
• Maintain required certifications.
Requirements
• Diploma on Electrical/Chemical/Science related field of study or with 2-year experience.
• Experience in backend manufacturing in assembly and module/SSD process.
• Experienced in troubleshooting line quality issues and addressing root causes
• Proactive regarding addressing concerns that may be potential problems
• Able to multi-tasking and driving team on action closure
• Good interpersonal skills and co-worker relationships; work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivation, dependability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
