- Assist in organizing and participating in international exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Technical Development and Industry Growth
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, focusing on sustainable filtration technologies, aquatics, and water treatment systems.
- Leverage mentorship from the Founder and team experts to strengthen your technical and industry expertise.
- Advocate for water safety and sustainability as essential pillars of public health.
Work Independently and Collaboratively
- Manage tasks and responsibilities autonomously while ensuring timely and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with internal teams on business development strategies and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Proactively identify challenges and propose solutions for improvement.
Reporting and Analytics
- Track and report on business development activities, analyzing partner performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a desire to learn the industry and grow are welcome to apply.
- Excellent command of English (spoken, written, and reading).
- Strong interest in sustainable technologies and public health improvement.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business meetings and exhibitions.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on attitude with an eagerness to dive into the technical aspects of aquatics (swimming pool and waterpark), water treatment, and filtration technologies.
- A technical mindset or an engineering background is a plus.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
