Complete tasks delegated by the Design Lead.
Participation in all aspects of UX: research, ideation, strategy, interaction design, and visual design.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) using tools.
Conduct layout adjustments based on the client’s feedback.
Adhere to UIUX / Web standards on fonts, colors, and images.
Able to design and populate layout content on WordPress and Shopify via page builders with the help of Design Lead or Senior UIUX Designers.
Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop (for basic banner designs).
Ensure that the projects are delivered in a timely manner.
Highly communicative and responsive both within the team and to stakeholders across the company while managing a large volume of ongoing projects.
Utilize project management tools such as Jira to update, track, and document work processes and ideas.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with other design tools and software is a plus.
Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio that demonstrates a good eye for aesthetic quality, creativity, and proficiency in various design mediums and techniques.
Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail with the capability to work meticulously on multiple projects, ensuring high-quality output.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills necessary for articulating design concepts and collaborating with team members across departments.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Learning Orientation: A strong desire to learn and grow within the field of graphic design, taking on feedback constructively and showing eagerness to expand skill set.
Adaptability: Comfortable adapting to new challenges and changes in project requirements, demonstrating flexibility in design approach.
