Procurement Management:
-Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize costs and enhance
supply chain efficiency.
-Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier
relationships to ensure quality and compliance.
Material Acquisition:
-Forecast material needs based on project schedules and budgets, ensuring
timely delivery of materials and supplies.
-Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or
excesses.
Budget Management:
-Collaborate with project managers to prepare and manage budgets related to
procurement.
-Analyze purchasing data and market trends to inform budgeting and
forecasting.
Compliance and Standards:
-Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and
regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.
-Conduct regular assessments of suppliers to ensure adherence to quality
and safety standards.
Team Leadership:
-Lead and mentor a team of purchasing , providing guidance and support in
procurement processes.
-Foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance and
professional development.
Process Improvement:
-Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase
efficiency and reduce costs.
-Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the
purchasing function.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
