JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Manage and update company records, databases, and reports.
  • Provide support on special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless administrative support.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for efficiency improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resource or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
