We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Keeper to join our team at a leading water dispenser company. Preferably, candidates should have experience working in a water dispenser company or a related industry. Responsibilities:
- To assist & supervise on daily operation and execution in material requirement planning, daily receiving from suppliers, managing inventory of raw packaging material and ensure stock available at all time.
- Fully responsible for overall warehouse operation and ensure both inflow and outflow of company products are managed effectively.
- Coordinate on stock receiving and issuing, updating inventory stock
- Ensure warehouse compliance with safety rules.
- Fully accountable on the accuracy of stocks and ensure the Company products distribute to right channel.
- To prepare and arrange orders of new dispenser / free on loan dispensers / rental dispensers for the drivers each morning upon request and order.
- To prepare and arrange orders of filters direct piping dispensers for the drivers according to customer’s dispensers.
- To do troubleshoot on the faulty dispensers such as leaking, status of water (less cold/less hot), If cannot be fix, need to update to Admin Dept to arrange to send the dispensers to the supplier for repair.
- To clean and service the dispensers as requested by customers by using chemical tools.
- To arrange and organize empty bottles and full bottles in the storeroom.
- To ensure sufficient stock of goods in the storeroom/factory.
- To issue requisition form to re-stock order and submit to Admin Dept.
- To place re-branding sticker on Happy Water machines.
- To do wrapping for the new dispensers that do not have box for sell.
- To ensure to place re-branding sticker before wrapping.
- To record all serial number of the machines in record book/computer.
- To place a sticker and serial number on the bottles. and ensure our bottles have a sticker before delivery
- To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports effectively and filing the same
- To maintain the store clean and in good condition always.
- To support the drivers with deliveries and refills as needed.
- To do other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Possess at least SPM/Diploma. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prefer candidates with a strong physical appearance, as the role involves carrying a 19kg water bottle. (
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must possess a valid driving license (B2/D)
- Willing to work in Jalan Haji Salleh, Sentul.
- Able to join immediately
Working hours :
Monday to Friday - 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Saturday - 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
