As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to effectively manage and deliver projects. Your responsibilities will entail coordinating with both our internal project delivery unit, external clients and stakeholders, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, adhering to timelines, and achieving desired outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in comprehending clients' business requirements and aligning them with our internal solution team to facilitate the realisation of their strategic objectives. Additionally, fostering and maintaining strong client relationships will be integral to your role. As the primary point of contact for project organisation and timeline management, you will serve as the go-to person for all project-related matters.
Responsibilities: Project Management
- Facilitate the collection and organisation of requirements and information from clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget parameters.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including project owners, UI/UX experts, and fellow software engineers, to design, plan, and oversee solution delivery.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Utilise appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to measure project performance.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, detailed requirements specifications, and product development schedules.
Relationship management
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and third parties.
Others
- Provide first and second level support as necessary to maintain production applications.
- Assist in user training and the creation of instruction manuals.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Report and escalate project issues to management when required.
JOBS REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Possess a Certification in Project Management, including but not limited to Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI – ACP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
- Ideal candidates would have 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management and software development within the SDLC.
- Display exceptional proficiency in managing projects, tasks, and time, effortlessly transitioning between different projects, clients, and teams.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
