  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Work Location: Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm / 10am – 6pm
Salary: High monthly basic intern salary (RM 600 - RM 800) + Allowances

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support & assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our exhibitions, events, workshop, seminars.

2. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas and execution for marketing strategies and initiatives.

3. Collaborate with the marketing & PR team to support marketing campaigns, social media management, event coordination, market research, database management and web application support.

  • Assist with registration, customer service, administration support and other event assistance as required prior, during and post exhibitions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Marketing & PR Communication teams.

Requirements

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.

2. Strong interest in exhibitions, events and digital marketing.

3. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills (both English & Mandarin)

4. Creative thinker with an eye for detail.

5. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

6. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Serve a minimum 3-6 months of internship.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM700.00 per month
