Job Description

Recruitment

  • Develop on improving recruitment flow and templates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Post a job on career portal
  • Utilize multiple career portals to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Develop and implement employee referral programs to encourage current employees to refer qualified candidates.
  • Screen candidate profiles from various sources to ensure they meet job requirements and organizational fit.
  • Screen and evaluate applications and resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist candidates for further interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the interview process and provide feedback and recommendations to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Propose salary with HOD HR
  • Prepare an offer package for selection candidate
  • Negotiate salary and explaining other benefits
  • Get approval for the final offer from management
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including paperwork and company assets.
  • Monitor and assist in notifying department heads regarding probation reviews to avoid oversight.
  • To ensure yearly appraisal for all department is completed on time
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.

Insurance

  • Administration of employee health benefits, including enrolment, changes, and terminations.
  • Communicate employees on their healthcare benefits, coverage, and policies.
  • Ensure timely processing and payment of insurance enrolment, change of policy, terminations and valid claims.
  • Review and process employee medical claims accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of claim forms and required documentation.
  • Liaise with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve any discrepancies or issues with claims.
  • Educate policyholders on the claims process and explain policy terms and conditions.
  • Provide guidance on the claims process and required documentation.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all medical claims and related correspondence.
  • Ensure that all documentation is filed correctly and confidentially.

Admin

  • Liaise with Admin & Facilities regard to stationery inventories.
  • Any ad hoc tasks with company and management

EEP / CSR

  • To carry out engagement survey for staff minimum 1 once a year
  • To organize a minimum of 6 and a max of 8 activities in a year
  • To lead the CSR projects

WORK REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge basic of HR operations, Malaysian Labour Laws and other relevant legislations.
  • Good in communication, possess pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to perform with minimum supervision and independent.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Candidate who is able to start immediately will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in HR and Admin field experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
