Transaction Processing:
1. Key Responsibilities:
- Record and verify financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
2. Record Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- File and organize financial documents and records systematically.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for review.
3. Data Entry:
- Enter financial data into spreadsheets accurately.
- Update and manage account information and transaction details.
4. Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
- Assist with preparing and processing payroll, if applicable.
- Answer inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
5. Compliance and Accuracy:
- Ensure that all accounting activities comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
