Job Description:
- Coordinate in the bid/tender process from initial stage to final submission, including coordination with cross functional teams in gathering necessary information and inputs for bid preparation.
- Assist in the execution of tender strategies in line with company objectives and client requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of bid/tender documents required for tender submissions.
- Liaise with clients and other related parties for necessary information and clarification during the bid/tender process.
- Support in contract administration.
- Support in the process of cost estimation and cost analysis.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any discipline.
- Preferably with 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good team player, self-motivated and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Mature, hardworking and responsible.
- Resourceful, organized and meticulous.
