Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience with SCCM, ADK, and patching tools.
- Expertise in Operating System deployment and SCCM current branch.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, networking, and Windows 10/11 features.
- Experience with Qualys Vulnerability assessment tools.
- Strong skills in Windows server administration, application packaging, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of DNS, Active Directory, MDT, ADK, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Autopilot and Intune management.
- Hands-on experience with laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and EUC Operating Systems.
- Windows and EUC-related certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in team environments.
- Strong understanding of technical design and implementation in specialized areas.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, implement, test, and document the existing SCCM infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of SCCM architecture, design, and Wintel administration.
- Create and manage boundary groups and distribution points.
- Perform in-console upgrades and client agent updates.
- Create and deploy task sequences, manage packages for OS deployments.
- Configure CMG, cloud distribution points, and site maintenance windows.
- Manage updates via Automatic Deployment Rules (ADR) and update groups.
- Configure and manage Intune, Desktop Analytics, and SCCM integration.
- Perform VMware/Hyper-V installations and management.
- Deploy and support Active Directory, Windows administration, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve patch-related issues, ensuring patch compliance SLAs are met.
- Document standards, knowledge base articles, and operational guides.
- Handle migrations of Windows clients and Active Directory.
- Manage Windows server and endpoint patching and vulnerability assessments.
- Participate in audits, adhering to ITIL Incident and Change Management processes.
- Work independently while being versatile and flexible with technologies.
- Troubleshoot and optimize client computing environments using PowerShell.
