PRODUCTION ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Function:

• Research and design conference/workshop programmes
• Research new markets and identify areas of commercial interest
• Market research ie via phone and internet on conference/workshop topic to assess the marketability of a programme.
• Select, invite and secure the very best speakers
• Phone & Internet research on Multinational companies in Malaysia as well as around this region.
• Work hand in hand with the sales team to ensure the success of the program
• Event Management during the conference/workshop

This job will enable you to obtain following skills:

• In general, conference producers will be able to learn about Business Environment in Malaysia and South East Asia. As the candidate grows with us, she/he will be well versed in Business Knowledge in this region as well as a general understanding of the economy and financial landscape.
• You will learn to formulate market analysis questions
• Designing and assisting in the development of training programmes
• Making presentations – answering questions and instilling confidence
• Networking with middle to top level management during a conference or seminars
• Opportunities to travel in South East Asia and any other market the company plans to expand to.
• Excellent project management skills/planning skills
• Opportunities to attend relevant seminars which will enhance your business knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
