Job Scope:
- Handle the full spectrum of accounting for multiple companies (internal & 3rd party), including accounts receivable and accounts payable, month-end closing, financial reporting, and analysis, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Handle the monthly payroll process, including payslips, staff claims, reimbursements, etc.
- Assist with and handle company secretarial work and liaise with auditors when required.
- Prepare service agreements, kick-start fee invoices, follow up on payments from clients, and respond to clients’ inquiries regarding invoicing matters, etc.
- Oversee petty cash claims and monthly reimbursement for colleagues.
- Perform ad-hoc clerical tasks when required.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and self-motivation skills.
- Possesses responsible, detail-oriented, and organized working attitude.
- Possesses at least 3 years of full set account working experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCount, Zoho, and Microsoft Excel.
