Job Responsibilities:

Handle daily opening and closing procedures.
Accurately record every transaction and purchase in Point-of-Sales system.
Scan goods during customer checkout and ensure pricing is accurate.
Manage transaction made in cash, QR pay, debit card and credit card.
Be aware of all promotions that the company is currently offering which have price differences.
Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.
Maintain correct cash balance at cash register.
Provide assistance during customer interactions or in any inquiries and complains.
Manage the check-out area and ensure each station remains clean and efficiently run.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and above, School leaver are encouraged to apply.
With or without experience. Priority for candidate who is experienced in related system (POS System).
Required language(s): Fluent Mandarin, English / Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak in other dialects is an added advantage.
Must have knowledge on Microsoft Excel.
Able to work under fast pace environment.
Attentive to detail, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about the products available in the store.
Superior verbal communication skill.
Able to work in team and able to start work immediately.

Job Type: Full Time, 6 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm , Sat 9am - 5pm)

Salary: From RM2500.00 and above (Based on experience)

Location : No 110 / 119, Jalan Petaling , 50000 KL.
