  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Roles & Responsibilities

CRM - Content Review Management Kuala Lumpur

Reviewing Online Videos//Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material

Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform

Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload

Qualifications:

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and various content types.

· Ability to stay current with evolving content policies and guidelines.

· Analytical and critical thinking skills.

· Ability to work in different shifts rotation (24/7 shifts).

· Previous business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation experience is a plus.

· Native speaker in the support language and B2 English.

Place: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Time: 24*7 Rotational Shift (any 9hours, 5wordking days/ week)

Salary: RM 9000-9500 basic + KPI max.300 + Night shift allowance max.300

Requirement：Korean Native + B2 English

Start: 3rd February 2025
