Lecturer (Environmental Social Governance-ESG)

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Curriculum Development:

• Design and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops on topics such as ESG strategies, corporate sustainability, ethical decision-making, and social responsibility.
• Develop and update course materials to reflect evolving ESG standards and practices.
• Mentor and guide students on projects, case studies, and research in ESG-related areas.

Research and Scholarly Activity:

• Conduct high-quality research in the fields of ESG, sustainability, and corporate responsibility, and publish findings in reputable journals and conferences.
• Seek interdisciplinary collaborations to advance research on environmental and social governance issues.
• Supervise student research projects and theses in ESG-related topics.

Industry and Community Engagement:

• Collaborate with businesses, NGOs, and policymakers to incorporate real-world ESG practices into academic programs.
• Organize and participate in sustainability workshops, conferences, and outreach initiatives.
• Provide thought leadership on ESG matters through public speaking, consulting, or advisory roles.

Institutional Contributions:

• Contribute to curriculum reviews and the development of new programs related to ESG and sustainability.
• Actively participate in department meetings, committees, and institutional events.
• Support the institution’s sustainability goals and initiatives.

Qualification:

• Master's Degree in ESG Management, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or Sustainable Development is desirable.

Experience:

• Experience in sustainability leadership, CSR roles or implementing ESG frameworks.
• Familiarity with global ESG reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
• Proven ability to lead or contribute to sustainability projects or ethical business strategies.
