Digital Marketing Executive

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a creative and dedicated Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. The Marketing Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective marketing strategies across various channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with creative teams to create compelling and effective marketing contents.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Optimize online presence and user experience to drive engagement and conversions.
• Create and curate content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Develop engaging and informative blog posts, articles, and promotional materials.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective communication of product/service offerings.
• Provide regular reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
