Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Bandar Sunway, PJ
Job Description:
- Business Growth: Identify and secure new client accounts and strategic partnerships, developing and executing plans to capitalize on business opportunities within the EKYC and digital identity markets.
- Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs deeply, build trust, and offer solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with decision-makers across business and IT departments, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for our solutions.
- Tendering & Proposals: Lead and manage the tendering process for client-specific projects, ensuring proposals are competitive and aligned with client requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, solutions, support, and marketing, to ensure clear communication of product deliverables and services.
- Client Support: Collaborate with technical support teams to provide comprehensive services, including solution design, installation, training, user support, and maintenance.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, forecasts, and insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales/account management within IT solutions, cloud platforms, or related corporate solutions, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in Financial Services Industry (FSI), Fintech, or related sectors is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, close deals, and manage client relationships effectively; experience in the EKYC or AI sectors is a plus.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to respond proactively to high-impact clients' needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Need to travel to Southeast Asia.
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English
Remuneration Package:
Basic Salary: RM12,000 (max)
Sales Incentives (to be discussed with the candidates)
Working Days: Mon to Fri
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
