Job Description :

1) Vehicle Parking and Retrieval:

i) Safely Park and retrieve customer vehicles as they arrive and depart, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

ii) Due to limited parking space at the service area, customers need to park their vehicles outside the premises. The car jockey will be responsible for picking up and returning the vehicles for servicing.

iii) If a customer's vehicle breaks down on the road, the car jockey is required to bring a technician to assist in servicing the vehicle.

iv) If a customer brings in their vehicle for servicing and does not wish to wait in the designated waiting area, the car jockey is responsible for driving the customer home, taking the vehicle for servicing, and picking up the customer once the service is completed.

v) If a customer parks their vehicle outside the designated parking area, the car jockey is responsible for relocating the vehicle to a nearby available parking spot if one is vacant.

2) Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, assist them with opening vehicle doors, and provide any necessary information or assistance as they enter or leave.

3) Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols when operating vehicles and in the parking area, including speed limits and parking rules.

4) Area Maintenance: Keep the valet area clean, organized, and professional-looking to maintain the establishment’s standards.

Requirements:

  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Driving Skills: Comfortable driving a range of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
  • Customer Service Skills: Friendly, professional, and attentive to customer needs.
  • Punctuality and Reliability

Basic understanding of vehicle operation and maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
