- Assist with general accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and record-keeping
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and process financial documents, including bank reconciliations and financial reports
- Provide administrative support, including filing, document management, and general office duties
- Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve queries and ensure timely payments
- Support the team with other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently
