We are looking for a Senior B2B Marketing Associate to manage end-to-end inbound marketing, which involves ideating, executing, and measuring year-long organic and paid marketing campaigns. The goal of this role is to drive lead generation, education, and sales conversion through highly creative and data-backed strategies.

- Plan and execute organic and paid B2B campaigns
- Manage regular inbound lead triaging, nurturing, and reporting
- Create multi-channel campaigns to create value for and ultimately convert prospects, including but not limited to written and visual content, email marketing, advertising materials, and partnership activations
- Reporting and analysis

- Analyse data and metrics to measure the success of our inbound marketing campaigns and nurture strategies, and identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the team
- Collaboration and engagement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, clinical, and client success, to incorporate relevant insights in marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing (ads implementation, campaign execution and measurement on digital channels, data analysis)
- 2-3 years of experience executing and measuring campaigns on digital advertising platforms, specifically LinkedIn Ads and Meta for Business
- Candidates with experience using HubSpot (or anything similar) and Google Analytics preferred
- Proven track record of successful project planning and delivery, with experience working on multi-channel and lead nurturing campaigns
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of accountability
- Experience in visual and/or written content creation not required but would be nice to have
