"The System Analyst role is to analyze, design and implement information systems to meet the needs of our organization. The role will collaborate with stakeholders to understand all requirements, evaluate existing operations or system and propose solutions. System Analyst is responsible to analyze users needs, documenting system requirements, designing workflows and timeline. The role will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, conducting system testing and providing training and support to end users. Job Description: • Gather and analyze user requirements through interviews, workshops and research. • Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Develop detailed system requirements specifications, including workflows, data models and interface designs. • Collaborate with software developers, engineers and other stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet business objectives. • Conduct system testing to ensure functionality, performance and security standards are met. • Provide support to end users to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of new systems. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, implementing corrective actions as necessary. • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions and best practices. • Collaborate with project manager and system manager to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. • Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role in software development projects. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements. • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. • Solid understanding of database management systems, networking principles and software architecture. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with requirements management tools, process modelling tools, and documentation standards. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively."
