Branch Manager Air Conditioning (Kota Kinabalu)

Responsibilities: - Full operating and develop sales network in industry. - Formulates and recommends policies and objectives to ensure the most effective operation of sales activities. - Lead the sales force to achieve the company's sales target and gross margin objectives. - Plan and implement sales strategies. - Develop and manage the distribution channels to achieve the company's goals and objectives. - Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers, developers, consultants, and dealer - Advise and consult management on current developments and trends, including customer feedback and distribution channels. - Review pricing schemes for all products to ensure competitiveness and profitability as planned for each financial year. - Develop and conduct sales training programs to ensure sales force potential is maximized. Requirements: - Bachelor's In Engineering - Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with knowledge in air conditioning. - Preferably with more than 5 years of working experience in sales / air conditioning industry is required for this position. - Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. - PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Words. - Good interpersonal and communication skills at all level. - High level of integrity, motivated, self driven and willing to work under pressure and within tight deadline. - Undertake and execute any instruction and direction from Management. - Able to adapt working environment easily.
