Responsibilities • Communicate effectively with clients to gather, understand, and document their business requirements. • Configure Inistate’s no-code platform to align with customer specifications, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience. • Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues and making incremental adjustments as needed. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to enhance platform features based on user feedback. • Participate in regular client meetings and feedback sessions to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their objectives. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively. • Strong analytical skills to interpret client needs and translate them into technical configurations on the Inistate platform. • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of Python is a plus, though not required. • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a technology-driven environment.
