Key Responsibilities: - Confirm and submit e-invoices for sales invoices and return notes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. - Monitor wholesale customer accounts, including credit terms, pricing agreements, and payment follow-ups. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive sales reports to provide insights into performance, trends, and areas for improvement. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, agreements, and transactions. - Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile sales data and address invoices or payment discrepancies. - Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements: - Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years in sales administration, customer service, or a related role; sales experience is a plus. - Willingness to work during weekends and public holidays (if needed) Skills: - Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial processes. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting purposes.
