IT ASSISTANT

Job description ・Install and configure IT devices' hardware, software, with arranging network ・Provide IT technical support & handle all IT related matters in our ASEAN company ・Respond in a timely manner to handle issues and requests ・Address cyber-security issue ・Implement & manage RPA, AI, or BI tool and Manage Excel VBA & Power BI ・Investigate the root cause of the accident and make improvements ・Estimate, Order, Acceptance about all of IT devices(PC/Printer/Software/Network etc) ・Monitor IT vendors' implementation work and managing the schedule ・Negotiate with IT vendors about the reasonable price or scope of IT product & service ・Setting any IT devices in each ASEAN country's site such as store, office, etc. ・Translate information in Japanese from the head office and give instructions to local member in English by oral communication. ・Business trip upon required. Requirements : Candidate who has more than 2 years experience in IT industry or BPO industry for IT : Candidate must speak well in business level Japanese & business level English : Candidate must obtain at least Degree in any field (graduated from IT related field) : Candidate have knowledge on IT BASIC SKILL ( PC / Printer / Network ) : Candidate have knowledge on network (CCNA or some NW certification holder is preferred) : Has a valid passport : Willing to go for business trip (to other foriegn countries mainly ASEAN) : Handle all the communications between Nitori Japan, Nitori Trading Malaysia, and departments from Asean region. : Great multitasking skills smoothly & calmly in any difficult situation : Good at logical thinking : Preferable to have experience in Management more than 5 people. : Preferable to have driving license Shift system between 8:30 to 24:00 (Lunch time is 1 hour) or another time frame. And working on weekend or national holiday, depending on the case.
