Student Counsellor

• Provide counseling and guidance session on areas covering academic, career, social factors such as family background and other student support services for challenged students. • Conduct Guidance Period Lesson (GPL) for students. • Prepare lesson plans and materials based on approved curriculum for the GPL session. • Attend to student’s admission process such as interviews, intakes, registration and handling enquiries from parents. • Conduct orientation sessions, assessments and involved in outreach activities. • Submit regular status reports to management on counseling sessions held. • Counseling • *Guidance Period Class • Social / Progress Report for Sponsors • Interview of new intake and to visit their homes if necessary, to clarify on certain matters. • To coordinate with Bro. Director on Pastoral Visits to students’ home during the school holidays. • To be involved in all PCU job related matters • Other ad-hoc duties / functions assigned from time to time by the HOD or the Bro. Director.
