  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle and monitor crew movement.
  • Check, review and submit complete reimbursement documents (i.e Expenses Claim, Overtime, Offshore Claim etc.) to Human Resources & Administration
  • To prepare Travel Request Form (TRF) for offshore crew
  • To handle chopper booking and arrangement for flight and accommodation for crews
  • To check chopper time and informs to crews
  • Prepare monthly man-hours, Personal Utilization, monthly expenses & Offshore claim record, weekly Overtime report and monthly overtime summary
  • To monitor international passport details, work permits and visas for crews
  • To make sure a systematic and complete filing system in Operation Department for easy retrieval and compilation
  • Plan crew changes in advance, check availability of crew and compliance of all certificates and training

REQUIREMENT

  • At least a SPM/diploma in technical and mechanical discipline or equivalent
  • Trained in technical or mechanical course is preferable
  • At least 1 years in related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
