RESPONSIBILITIES : -Responsible for managing the attendance and annual leave records of project staff. -Responsible for sending and receiving mail, express delivery, and managing storage rooms. -Ordering office supplies and replacements, Preparing administration documents for admin cost. -Filing of documentation, records, notes and all correspondence. -Responsible for handling all general office admin & clerical support, data entry, and document scanning. -Handle administrative reimbursement transactions. -Any other ad-hoc projects and task pas per management requirement. REQUIREMENTS : -Candidate possess at least Diploma/ in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent. -Minimum with 1 year of relevant working experience at the assistant level. -Great knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel. -Good in interpersonal skills, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with all team. -Good working attitude. -Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
