You will serve as a bridge between company clients and senior IT engineers, ensuring that all technical problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining positive customer relationships. IT Support Job Description: Engage with pre-sales customers to address their questions and requirements through technical discussions, solution customization, and product demonstrations. Responsible for gathering customer requirements, drafting and improving product documentation, and setting up test environments and demo systems. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, emails, and tickets, and collect feedback on faults or bugs to forward to engineers in Hong Kong for assistance. Be diligent, adaptable, hardworking, and proactive with strong logical thinking abilities. Capable of working independently, with excellent communication and coordination skills, and a strong team collaboration mindset. Job Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems and related knowledge. Familiarity with server hardware and its components. Willingness to work in shifts.
