Motion Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Motion Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. This role involves creating engaging animations, motion graphics, and videos that align with our brand’s vision. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and can efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 2D/3D animations and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
• Edit raw video footage into polished, compelling content for promotional and branding purposes.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and storyboard ideas.
• Apply post-production processes such as color correction, audio balancing, and adding special effects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in animation, video editing, and motion graphics.
• Manage and organize media assets, ensuring proper file storage and backup.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Film Studies, or related field.
• Proven experience as an animator and video editor with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of animation techniques, motion design, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.
• Knowledge of sound design and video compression formats.
• Experience in creating explainer videos, tutorials, and corporate videos.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
