Job Function :

  • Assist in placing orders, tracking orders & deliveries
  • Collect DO form, and Matching DO invoice
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
  • Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping

Qualifications / Required Skills:

  • A bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Purchasing or a related field preferred
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Purchasing or similar role.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects while meeting all required deadlines.
  • Must have self-discipline to work independently within assigned territory to accomplish goals.
  • Professionalism and perseverance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sungai Petani: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Purchasing: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driving licence (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
