Job Function :
- Assist in placing orders, tracking orders & deliveries
- Collect DO form, and Matching DO invoice
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
- Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping
Qualifications / Required Skills:
- A bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Purchasing or a related field preferred
- At least 2 years’ experience in Purchasing or similar role.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects while meeting all required deadlines.
- Must have self-discipline to work independently within assigned territory to accomplish goals.
- Professionalism and perseverance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sungai Petani: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Purchasing: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driving licence (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
