Job Description:

Develop traffic management plans that comply with relevant regulations and guidelines, taking into consideration road conditions, traffic volumes, and the needs of all road users.
Ensure that traffic management plans are communicated effectively to stakeholders, client, including contractors, workers, and the public.
Supervise the replacement and removal of traffic control equipment, including barriers, signs, and traffic lights, to ensure that they are installed correctly and meet safety standards.
Ensure that equipment is maintained and repaired as necessary.
Conduct monthly inventory inspection for materials / equipments of project.
Supervise the use of traffic control equipment, ensuring that it is used correctly and safely.
Provide training to workers on the proper use of traffic control equipment and the materials relating to the work carried out.
Monitor the effectiveness of traffic management plans, making adjustments as necessary to ensure that they remain effective.
Conduct regular reviews of traffic management plans and provide feedback to stakeholders.
To monitor the activities of the employees related to traffic management and improve the safety and level of service.
Oversee all of the movement of traffic control project managed by the company.
To prepare and implement emergency procedures and to ensure that they meet the requirements established by any health and safety policy of the company / client.
Prepare weekly and monthly 1. Traffic Management Safety Report (TMSR), detailing any incidents or near misses that have occurred.
Provide recommendations for improving safety in future traffic management plans.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Min 3 years experience in traffic management or related field.
Experience in designing and implementing traffic management plans is preferred.
Experience in supervising and training traffic controllers is preferred.
Experience in infrastructure highway is an added advantage.
Applicants must be able to work in Ijok, Kuala Selangor.
Applicants must be able to work on Saturday (8AM - 1PM).
