Position : HR Executive

Position Type : Permanent

Role & Responsibilities

  • To perform the day-to-day HR operations
  • To support and execute all Human Resource functions including Payroll & Statutory Administration, Recruitment & Selection, On-boarding & Off-boarding process, Performance & Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR administrative tasks.
  • To assist with the preparation of letters, reports, memos, and proposals pertaining to HR matters.
  • To review employee attendance and leave management reports daily.
  • To create and maintain employee records in the HRMS system and ensure all information is kept confidential.
  • To manage, and perform proper filing and safekeeping of all HR-related documents.
  • To assist in handling and dealing with employee’s related issues such as disciplinary process, misconduct investigation & grievances process.
  • Any other tasks that are being assigned by superior or Management as and when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or other related fields.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in payroll and recruitment handling is required for this position.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and advanced computer literacy skills.
  • Good writing and communication in English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, and meet present deadlines with good attention to detail is a MUST.
  • Detailed-oriented, results-oriented, strong follow-up, and good negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with the Employment Act and Industrial Relation legislation and practices.
  • Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
